These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Bootlegger Tiki.
 

SMS Program Description

Bootlegger Tiki may send SMS messages to customers who request text message assistance. These messages may include reservation booking links, reservation-related information, customer service follow-up, lost property follow-up, private event inquiry follow-up, large party inquiry follow-up, or other information requested by the customer.

Bootlegger Tiki does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional text messages.

How Customers Opt In

How to Opt In to SMS

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from Bootlegger Tiki in the following ways:

1. By calling Bootlegger Tiki and asking our phone host to send a text message, such as a reservation booking link or customer service follow-up.

2. By providing their mobile phone number to Bootlegger Tiki during a customer service interaction and verbally agreeing to receive a text message.

3. By submitting a form on bootleggertiki.com that includes an optional SMS consent checkbox.

Example phone opt-in script:

“Would you like me to text you the OpenTable reservation link? Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Bootlegger Tiki does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Bootlegger Tiki. You may receive messages only when you request information or customer service follow-up.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Bootlegger Tiki unless you opt in again.
